    Great culture that starts at the top, senior management & the owners are amazing. Everyone supports each other with their tasks & bosses that actually care & do the right thing.
    The good thingsLong term company, secure and well established providing specialist products to multiple industries. There are many long term employees and a very stable workforce which says a lot.
    The challengesNone really, the people are great, helpful & friendly. We work hard but that gets recognized & rewarded appropriately. Its a relatively small company so there may not be as many opportunities to advance but it does happen.
