Dooleys is looking after staff the best among the clubs.
The good thingsI have been working in the hospitality industry for 15 years, involved with the club industry for five years, and it helped me know most of the clubs' culture.
In these six months of experience, I was shocked by how good the company culture is here. Best pay among the clubs(Minimum 3% pay raise annually), friendly OPS team, negotiable what's your preferred role. Most of the staff is happy here which bring us a better vision of life.
The challengesProgressively training in the multiple session. A good personality is a primary culture here. Staying calm all the time will be the best.
