    Would recommend working at the exchange it’s fun. Weekends are fast past and entertaining. Great bunch of both bar and kitchen staff and the management team are awesome
    The good thingsIt’s like working with your best friends who become your second family.

    I love working here, iv been here for 8 going on 9 summers, my boss’s are amazing and I can talk to them about anything. The different customers you get weekly it’s crazy. The locals are fantastic and you can really be yourself around anyone that walks in
    The good thingsThe customers are amazing, the staff are such funny characters.
    The challengesDealing with customers that don’t enjoy your food and have a language barrier can always be difficult, when you can’t understand and you’re trying to help them to the best you can and they get annoyed that you can’t understand them can be difficult.
