    Great welcome, great support, genuine friendly environment to work in.
    The good thingsThe welcoming into the company. The lack of ego within the working environment. A real genuine team celebration/appreciation of individual achievements. Great onsite amenities and new-office layout.
    The challengesChallenging in the aspect that the business operates in a more complex-solutions-based-service setting, requiring relevant skillsets. Needs a bit of grit and determination- made aware of this during interview process.
