Under defined and over expected

This place is the reason I go to therapy!
The good thingsThe commute to and from the place.
The challengesPretty much everything.
One of the owners is incredibly passive aggressive and he will get you doing lots of things outside your job scope.
A few of the underlings are also incredibly hard to deal with, there are even a few of them who sneak out the back to drink on the job. Crazy!
They bang on about being a family business but in my experience these set ups are traps to punish the hard workers with even more work while the useless brown nosers keep being allowed to do nothing.
Avoid this toxic place!
