    pretty great until 2024, the company took a serious turn away from any interest in staff experiences
    The good thingsThe staff and most of the customers are lovely and a joy to give my energy to.
    The challengesHQ is pushing more and more onto the shoulders of managers and requiring ridiculous standards of all staff.

    The challengesThe whole computer system seemed very dated and unintuitive. It was also difficult getting out of my comfort zone and forcing conversations with potential customers.
