Toxic office culture in Melbourne. Early on my time was positive, but they had big reorganisations and good people were leaving constantly. This left a vacuum for bad personalities to play out their agendas. Typical career needs, such as personal developmThe good thingsMet good people and developed some good sales skills, US training for sales staff really beneficial, nice location in Melbourne, good to learn how a corporation can (but probably shouldn't!) work.
The challengesToxic environment, where nobody trusted each other. Lots of politics between managers and staff. High rate of churn, where passionate people were not recognised for their ability to sell or develop themselves. Poor behaviour was tolerated for far too long, and management were not experienced at selling EBSCO products.
