    Give this place a miss!
    The good thingsThe view is incredible, the office is lovely and clean.
    The challengesThe Management is shocking, many crazy outbursts in the office by senior management. A few of the Executives are good people but have no power or influence needed to make changes. If you have a family, give this place a miss! They make life difficult for anyone who has responsibilities outside the office including: caring for a sick child, taking a few days off to attend an out of state funeral or taking your animal to the vet. The EA's get turned over quickly because of the poor management leading to no consistency in the admin team and everyone constantly walking on eggshells. The pay is excellent but the requirements are outrageous, definitely not worth the salary!
