What’s it like working at Ella Rouge Beauty?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Ella Rouge Beauty appreciated the learning opportunities and effective products used. When there was a good team dynamic, the work environment was positive, and employees felt supported with training resources and access to head office assistance. However, some employees felt pressured to push additional sales, which could be uncomfortable for clients. There were also concerns about management quality, particularly after franchises were sold to new owners. Employees noted high workloads and targets that could be challenging to meet, especially with limited resources. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance could be difficult due to long hours and scheduling challenges.

Was good experience but there’s definitely more clinics or spas out there that are more understanding and are ok with you having a balance between work and life and while retail recommendations are necessary in beauty as otherwise why would clients come to a salon & also they necessary to get results they want , there’s more positive ways of motivating therapists rather than making you feel horrible because you can’t hit target or being made feel responsible for the downfall of the business.
The good thingsIt was a good place to learn and when there was a good team of girls it worked smoothly
The challengesHaving to constantly be told to push more skincare when clients already had enough as well as they were coming for regular 2-4 week treatments it felt uncomfortable and dishonest to be doing that not hard but a challenge when your work days where only my own clients so I could not and would not sell
