    Great place to work
    The good thingsI love working for a company that aligns with my values. There are lots of really experienced people to learn from, good flexibility, and fun social activities.
    The challengesSome teams have really busy periods, but they get recovery time and it evens out.

    Waste of time.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about the company is the office view.
    The challengesI do not recommend working for this company. Seniors do not want to spend their time reviewing our work and/ or supporting you to improve your work. There is always a circulation between the employees. They do not provide you with job security. Managers are demotivating instead of supporting. They just use you for a role that they need support in.

    The good thingsThe culture of the organization including the fantastic people and flexibility in roles. Most importantly this company is actively making a difference in helping Australia transition to a low carbon economy
    The challengesLimited opportunities to progress once you hit a certain level in shared services . This is a product of the size of the company. The size of the company however does give rise to owning much more than a larger corporate

    The good thingsGreat management and company is very close-knit - like a family. CEO takes time to talk to even junior employees and everyone is passionate about what they are doing. Highly intelligent people in the company. Regular communication with people in the head Sydney office as well as across all the regional offices.
    The challengesWork can be extremely hectic at times and there might be lots of travel taking you away from home.
