What’s it like working at Energetics?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Energetics appreciate working for a company that aligns with their values, particularly in helping Australia transition to a low carbon economy. They value the learning opportunities from experienced colleagues, the good flexibility offered, and the excellent work culture and friendly, inclusive working environment. Management is supportive, and the company has a close-knit, family-like atmosphere with dedicated and passionate professionals.

However, some potential challenges include busy periods for certain teams, although recovery time is provided. There may be limited opportunities for progression in shared services due to the company's size. Additionally, work is sometimes diverted to less experienced or junior staff members to reduce costs. The work can be extremely hectic at times, with lots of travel impacting work-life balance. For some employees, public transport to the location may not be the most convenient.

    Waste of time.
The good thingsThe only good thing about the company is the office view.
The challengesI do not recommend working for this company. Seniors do not want to spend their time reviewing our work and/ or supporting you to improve your work. There is always a circulation between the employees. They do not provide you with job security. Managers are demotivating instead of supporting. They just use you for a role that they need support in.
