Management very toxic, be warned.
The good thingsCo workers can be helpful and make your time here easier, as we have an “us vs them” atmosphere.
Christmas parties.
The challengesThe “incentive/bonus” isn’t available until after your first 6 months. So the advertised pay is incorrect.
Management constantly micromanage. Calling you to “see where you are” or “what’s happened”. They’re very toxic to work for.
Heaven forbid you get injured here, immediately labelled a “troublemaker”.
You must sign a form prior to employment that says they can keep your pay if you have an accident.
The warehouse manager has “small man syndrome”, you must not question anything he says.
If you happen to be a bosses pet, you can lose your licence for drugs, alcohol, neg driving and still work there as a “driver”.
