The good thingsThe team culture among the staff (outside of management) is incredibly strong. The women I worked with were supportive, collaborative, and genuinely made coming to work enjoyable. It’s a close knit team where everyone gets along and lifts each other up.
The challengesThis is a highly challenging workplace with serious concerns around management behaviour and culture. Direction changes constantly, and staff are often held accountable for decisions that were made by management and later reversed. This creates confusion, instability, and an environment where it’s very difficult to succeed.
There is a lack of psychological safety, with many staff feeling unable to raise concerns due to fear of repercussions. Morale is consistently low, and stress levels are high, with frequent after hours communication adding to the pressure. Management oversight can feel excessive, contributing to a lack of trust across the team. Workplace boundaries can be challenging.

Would not reccommend, not worth your mental health.
The good thingsFree membership, was usually paid ontime and commisions were good.
The challengesManagement and senior staff werent nice and often treated us younger girls as less than because of age even though we had the same job title. Other sales staff would try and steal commisions by writing their name down for a sale or telling people to refer anyone to them instead of it being fair game. Very toxic highschool like culture.
