    The good thingsTreat staff very well. Great culture and benefits. I felt very appreciated and was rewarded as such.
    The challengesMy team very quite pressured and had a lot to get done in a short space of time. It was never a huge issue and was exciting environment to work in. Other teams were not quite as pressured either.

    The good thingsThe great this about Fidelity is all about its culture of work. Fidelity is built on its core values and makes sure it withholds its values at every level. In my last 10 years with Fidelity, it has become part of my core values itself. The respect for individual at every level is amazing. I will cherish my career in Fidelity throughout my life.
    The challengesEvery great thing has its own challenge. As the organisation gives the space for its employees, its up to the employee to respect that space with responsibility. At it becomes challenging as a people manager to get into other space even if it means to up bringing them or sharing feedback. Overall I would say the good things are far greater in number than the challenges.
