Weak compliance culture, and lack of staff support made the role unnecessarily difficult.
The good thingsThe organisation operates at scale and provides exposure to a high-volume training environment. Trainers can gain experience delivering accredited first aid courses and working across different client settings.
The challengesThere appeared to be significant gaps in compliance awareness, governance, and internal processes. Expectations were often unclear, policies were inconsistently applied, and concerns around standards and procedures were not handled transparently. This created uncertainty for staff and raised questions about accountability and best practice.

I found FirstAidPro to be a frustrating place to work. Improvements in communication, transparency, and employee support are needed for it to become a better workplace.
The good thingsI got paid and met some lovely people
The challengesDisappointing Experience with FirstAidPro I regret to say that my experience working with FirstAidPro has been quite disappointing. There were several issues that impacted my time with the company negatively. First, communication between management and the team was often unclear and inconsistent. It made it challenging to understand expectations and complete tasks efficiently. This lack of direction often led to unnecessary stress and confusion. Additionally, the company culture did not foster a positive or supportive work environment. I felt that employee concerns were frequently overlooked or dismissed, which affected morale and overall job satisfaction. Or if you were brave enough to bring a concern to light, you would get fired. There was a noticeable lack of transparency in decision-making processes. It often felt like employees were kept in the dark about important changes that affected our work and the company’s direction.
