    The good thingsFyfe has a collaborative team of friendly, experienced professionals and approachable management. There are opportunities for career growth, secondments with tier 1 companies, and good benefits like shopping and insurance discounts. The respectful culture encourages knowledge-sharing.
    The challengesTight schedules and high-priority projects often require extra hours. While compensation could be improved, the benefits are valuable. Balancing work-life can be challenging at times due to deadlines, but overall, it's manageable.

    I enjoyed the work until it became too repetitive. Experiences with senior engineers made for an uncomfortable experience.
    The good thingsBeing able to travel. Some of the senior engineers were decent
    The challengesUncomfortable experiences with couple of senior engineers in the team. Technically quite good but seem to have no clue on how to treat others with respect

    The good thingsPlenty of opportunities to take on responsibility and develop your career at fast paced, growing organisation. Work colleagues are supportive and management are very accessible. Great company culture that is inclusive, flexible and understanding of needs outside of work.
