Great company to work for generally with a good manager
The good thingsI went through quite a few managers over the years, and LOVED having Emma Patterson as my manager for Van Heusen. Excellent management without being overbearing. Enjoyed every shift with Emma and would love to work with her at any point in the future.
The challengesUpper management had a few issues with communication.

Work in a large company but management is maintained as family business - you feel like a human not a number but sometimes cannot help not to think why the KPI is not reflected to promotions
The good thingsWorking in a family business
The challengesKPI is not being executed in line with the promotion / bonus and demotion or penalty.

Extra effort be part of in group or the door
The good thingsCompany discount. Huge Christmas party. Fixed working hour.
The challengesLack of knowledge sharing environment creating dependency on single resource. Management has very limited control on strategies or directions. Too many power driven political issues when effort could be spent on improvements.
