What’s it like working at Gazal?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Gazal appreciated the excellent management from leaders like Emma Patterson, as well as the friendly, family-like company culture that allowed them to build relationships with colleagues. They valued benefits such as staff discounts, free products, and large Christmas parties, as well as the flexible working hours offered by the company.

However, some potential challenges included communication issues with upper management, limited career progression opportunities, a lack of knowledge sharing that created dependency on single resources, and power-driven political issues that some felt distracted from making improvements.

Work in a large company but management is maintained as family business - you feel like a human not a number but sometimes cannot help not to think why the KPI is not reflected to promotions
