    Was the perfect company, until it was sold to an organisation ONLY out to make a profit.
    The good thingsGreat location, if you don't mind taking public transport to/from work.
    The challengesManagement only cares about the bottom line; middle management does not do enough to 'protect' staff from downward pressure. Retention rates continue to worsen. You barely know your own colleagues as it changes so quickly. Difficult to feel comfortable in a workplace with no regard for you.

    Genie is a fantastic place to work - the people are lovely, the office is great, the work is exciting and uses the latest technologies. Plus, the work we do contributes meaningfully to the medical industry.
    The good thingsGenie acts with integrity toward both customers and employees, and demonstrates a concern for their interests. Management frequently checks in with employees, and can be depended on to act on feedback. Genie works with the latest technologies, and product development is always pushing the boundaries. The culture is positive, open, honest, and fun. The office is fantastic, with lots of perks (free quality coffee, anyone?). I feel valued as an employee and am able to contribute meaningfully to the company's goals & purpose.
    The challengesThe company is always pushing to be better and better, so it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes.

    The good thingsVery easy going people and very much in touch with the term \"work & life balance\"!
    The challengesWork as such is a moving target, which is a good challenge to have as it makes you think twice before implementing something complex and having to possibly change it again.
