    Was the perfect company, until it was sold to an organisation ONLY out to make a profit.
    The good thingsGreat location, if you don't mind taking public transport to/from work.
    The challengesManagement only cares about the bottom line; middle management does not do enough to 'protect' staff from downward pressure. Retention rates continue to worsen. You barely know your own colleagues as it changes so quickly. Difficult to feel comfortable in a workplace with no regard for you.
