    The good thingsFantastic team environment, lots of opportunity to develop your skills. Flexible rosters. This is a very progressive community focused company, who invest in their employees. I am so happy to have this great job.
    The challengesThe cost of living is a challenge, but at least I am happy at work. A million-dollar bonus would be helpful.

    The challengesImprovements with communication from the mob team could help, just little information about what flight your on and time instead of waiting for an email 12 hrs before, point of contact/supervisor your dealing with.
