    Stressful ordeal, never again
The good thingsGood laptops, occasional out of office travel, some WFH, paid for safety equipment
The challengesWFH got entirely revoked, some technicians made the job hard by being rude, pay was average, very high pressure and time intensive tasks, Field Supervisor was rude, no backup if sick

Working here has turned me into an exceedingly negative, cynical person.
The good thingsThere are some wonderful people in this company. A lot of variety, no two days are the same.
The challengesIncredibly toxic culture, complaints/concerns are dismissed or ignored (only when pertaining to certain people/issues) despite multiple people reporting the same issues year after year. The company has no training department, onus is placed on employees, rather than holding supervisors or management to account when the training is ultimately found to be inadequate. There are contractors who have received more training on our products than our own service technicians. Zero opportunities for career development.

you can do better ...Management living in the 90's with no idea of whats going on, communication literally doesn't exist, micro-management to the extreme, minimal amount of team work, colleagues throw each other under the bus, lots of unpaid O/T, restructuring and outsourcing critical areas of the business (sales, finance) to India

Progression is based on being liked by the many Director. For a small company has too many Directors and not enough working staff. No appreciation of work done by staff, high turnover of staff.
