    Met some nice people that stick together through thick and thin because they know how terrible the organisation is. General advice is stick clear of this company, but if you REALLY need to join them, just take orders, keep your head down and don't question the directive until you have found something better to leave them for.
    The good thingsWages are strong, generally. Good location in the city with good coffee all around you. Nice building.
    The challengesExtremely toxic culture. Management lack strategy, direction and are more focused on hiring family or family friends than the qualified fit for roles. Very cliquey between certain cultures. Company has an identity crisis where they don't realise the challenging position they're in.
