The good thingsMost employees are friendly & welcoming, even from other departments.
The challengesManagement from the top down is pretty poor, especially if your a casual your treated as an inferior. Very inconsistent hours with little to no hours some weeks. If you don’t have another job you won’t be able to survive their as a casual. All round their is a poor culture towards casual staff which is surprising as they are run & operated by the Star Entertainment Group. Be warned.
