Sworn, threatened & yelled at by 2 Grader Operators.
The good thingsI got to learn how to operate the Multi-Wheel and Pad Foot. I also had to take photos of the construction of the roads on the Fulcrum App. My site manager was great and taught me a lot about the civil construction industry along with Shepherds Pty Ltd who worked solidly with me.
The challengesThe Grader Operators were disgusting. Name calling over UHF. Threatened, swore & yelled at to 'f' off and get the 'f' out of here. Asked if I 'f' and if so, I will finish with her and pass her to 'R'. Grader operators were instantly dismissed. I lost my job also which wasn't any of my fault or fair.
