    Great for independent workers.
The good thingsWorking independently and the flexibility which that afforded me was great when it came to managing my children and my work.
The challengesI sometimes felt like an island, on my own. The team are spread far and wide, and I feel some face to face with the rest of the team is better for building good work contacts and supports, and enabling one to feel like part of a team.
