I worked my mandated 40 hours per week and still managed to end up exhausted every week due to the sheer volume of work. I was also constantly judged for going home on time. I was never one rewarded or even congratulated for my accomplishments however when one minor slip up occurred you were bound to have at least 3 meetings about your faults, but management never seem to extend the same treatment to employees who were incapable of completing the bare minimum of their work. Overall, every time I walked into the office I was miserable. The only saving grace was some team members - who provided solid companionship and actual friendship. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.

The challengesDue to staffing shortages, management will hire anyone who walks through the door. Resulting in some incredibly incompetent employees. Plus no formal training was ever provided in the entire year I worked there and I was expected to just pick everything up.
