    Avoid working here. The toxicity of management isn't worth a pay barely above award.
    The good thingsSome genuinely nice co-workers to spend time and grow with, serving the customers can be a joy at times.
    The challengesUnfortunately, any good experience is overshadowed by toxic management. Management (with a few individuals in particular) has a tendency to abu$e the team through shaming, setting unreasonable expectations, insulting people and not taking the team's feedback seriously.
