The challengesNothing can be improved in this company. Don’t be fooled by sugar coated, big speeches about what the management’s vision, especially about empowering staff and etc. In fact, execs don’t seem to really care about staffs, nor the patients. It’s all about the company’s (and CEO’s) image of advanced technology (and how “visionary” the CEO is).
You will face a lot of nonsenses while trying to do the best. Not surprisingly, execs are not the ones on the floor, doing the work. Go and work for someone who understands how “normal” pathology lab should look like.
