Great: I learnt, realised my potential and felt that I was given the chance to make a difference.
The good thingsThe staff are great and work towards serving the community in a team environment.
The challengesThere were always challenges but there was nothing that couldn't be solved. When there were tough times it was a matter of getting back on the horse and moving on.

Staretd off good - deteriorated markedly with change in management style
The good thingsMy first 10 years were great -- supportive team, supportive management. Then they decided to import managers who had no idea what they were managing. The atmosphere rapidly became toxic. i am advised that it hasn't significantly improved.
The challengesAlways a range of different challenges. Increasingly time spent on reporting to keep middle management in jobs instead of doing what we were employed to do.
