I come from retail banking where you get micro managed daily.
At HLE as long as you do your work you are left alone which I value highly.
We work hard and also get rewarded with activities such as PD days and lunches, just to name a few.

If you put in the hours and you're willing to learn chances of success are excellent. Everything is provided you just have to take it and put in the effort
