This job teaches you vital skills to negotiate,manage clients, self manage,sell over the phone, problem solve and many more other skills which will be highly valued if you decide to peruse your career elsewhere .

The good thingsIt's a good place to work, everybody is friendly and its easy going. I come from retail banking where you get micro managed daily. At HLE as long as you do your work you are left alone which I value highly. We work hard and also get rewarded with activities such as PD days and lunches, just to name a few. Fantastic Management, you do your work you will be left alone... Anyone that is looking to get into Broking this place is fantastic you learn so much, support is endless and you re getting paid for learning. If you put in the hours and you're willing to learn chances of success are excellent. Everything is provided you just have to take it and put in the effort
