    Poor culture creates a toxic workplace
    The good thingsIn the early years Co Ordinator and Team Leader of the Department valued input, listened to feedback and were pro active in finding solutions. I felt valued and respected.
    The challengesChanges in Management and poor appointments to colleagues who simply didn’t deserve their roles and actively failed to deliver in so many areas, created a toxic environment to work in. The lack of support and “boys club” mentality is in full swing in this organisation. Personally I was threatened in this workplace, it became a horrid place to work, unless people call out this poor behaviour nothing changes. So many looked the other way, stayed silent thereby condoning poor behaviour.
