    It's good to work with such a great team.
    The good thingsThe team work spiritual is very strong in this small finance team. The manager put in her 100% effort to support the team member which is very good.
    The challengesNot clearly identify the responsibility in each departments and the staffs not really understand how to operate the systems due to high staffs turn over in other sections. Causing employee spend more time try to work it out by themselves which is good for us to learn more about the system in IT area and work very close to IT staffs as well. It might create another career path for us in IT area due to this experience.
