    overall, a fantastic environment.
    The good thingsmeeting new people everyday, the shop is in the vineyards so you have many different cultures from all over the world to serve. The fudge is legendary. The coffee and hot chocolates are delicious. Plus they have a chocolate fountain!
    The challengesWhen i worked there i was only a young trainee I mistakenly quit which to this day i am highly regretful though the only challenge i faced was trying to understand the different languages ranging from Japanese, Russian, french, indian, Irish,Scottish so many, though overall an amazing place to work.
