    Great teams, poor management.
    The good thingsThe front of house team were amazing and lead by an amazing venue manager and 2IC.
    The challengesPoor management and structure where the tiniest issue was a massive issue- they preach that they value good staff but value the toxic ones and have problems with the best staff. Venues are very much stuck in the past.
