    enjoyed talking to customers either about the products or just general things
    The good thingsGood pay, some great customers, 6 months of the year warm in showroom.

    Can be rewarding or challenging depending on your manager.
    The good thingsInteraction with people from other stores, Some staff pedantic, others more flexible, can be a fun place to work for 6 months of the year, engaging with colleagues and customers.
    The challengesSix months of the year as a caretaker, boredom, very few days off, holidays difficult to get approval for, working every weekend and most public holidays. very difficult customers.obtaining stock/ customer orders from the factory not easy. Query the quality of management in some instances.

    The challengesMicro management from ho no rostered weekends off.. put pressure on the staff for sales even if the customer is just looking....question everything for an outcome for $$$$$ no commission on sales by the way.

    10/10 workplace if you don’t mind working weekends
    The good thingsAll the staff including management and owner. Easy going friendly and look after us on the regular for working weekends. Always out on time. And you can’t beat Australian made
    The challengesNot so much challenges I guess but keeping up with the pace in the busy season. I personally like it but we are well looked after for it through coffees lunches staff dinners ect.
