Not a place I would recommend to anyone, unfriendly, toxic workplace, poor management.
The good thingsCustomers of IMB are great
The challengesConstant rushing to achieve tasks, not enough time allowed. Poor staff culture, starting with management. Target driven, lack of care for customers & staff. Mgmt reactive in non positive ways. Poor training. Blame culture & constant criticism from multiple areas of business, disguised as risk awaren

Impactful work and genuine opportunities in an evolving workplace
The good thingsA tight-knit organisation that provides a dynamic environment where motivated individuals can take on higher responsibilities and gain direct exposure to senior management. Those who are willing to drive action will find plenty of opportunities to make an impact and grow.
The challengesIMB is actively transitioning to a more digital experience across both front-of-house and back-office roles. As this transformation progresses, there is a mix of new and legacy infrastructure, presenting both challenges and opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

    Absolutely Toxic
The good thingsThe only good about this company is that you will often be in the same sinking boat as your peers, so at least you’re not on your own.
The challenges- Outdated systems - No branch support - Toxic approach to mental health and employee wellbeing - Archaic sales culture - Toxic management - No work-life balance if you work in regional branches. You will be expected to go above and beyond, thanklessly.

    Terrible.
The good thingsLiterally nothing, the company is stuck in the 1980's at best and run by incompetent management who act as if this is a fortune 500 company.
The challengesEverything. You are trapped in your position with no career progression.

this company is still stuck in the 1980's
The good thingsnone- no really- there are no good things to say about a backward company who doesn't believe in developing their staff - it's just tick the box compliance and that is it
The challengesthe culture is all about micro managing their people- all their managers micro manage- seriously entrenched in their culture
