Management at Impact English College is praised for being caring and supportive towards employees. Employees appreciate working alongside a well-experienced team, and there used to be a good sense of camaraderie with sharing of ideas and materials. I would work there again in a heartbeat!
The good thingsAmazing management that really looks after its employees and provides support.
The challengesIn comparison to other schools I have worked at, this school has a lot less challenges as there are proper rules in place for students to follow, which are actually enforced. At a lot of other schools, I feel like the management doesn't care and let students do what they what (such as coming 45 minutes late daily or speaking in their own language).
