Management is noted for being approachable, supportive, and committed to staff development, with strong leadership and clear communication. Staff appreciate the opportunities for career progression and internal growth, with many having been promoted within the company. Employees feel a strong sense of belonging and report feeling valued and appreciated. Flexible work arrangements support work/life balance, and staff find working with residents particularly rewarding, enjoying the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as staffing levels being stretched at times, requiring additional effort from the team during busy periods. The workload can be demanding when staff-to-resident ratios are affected. Communication could be improved, with company updates not always reaching all staff members. As a rapidly growing company, there are periods of change and adjustment that can feel overwhelming, with some employees noting the need for better pacing of new initiatives. The recruitment process can be slow at times, which impacts the ability to maintain optimal staffing levels.
