Strong support from Southhaven management, excellent teamwork, opportunities for career growth.
The good thingsI have genuinely enjoyed my time in this role, especially the opportunities for career development and continuous learning. The Southhaven management team has been very supportive, approachable, and encouraging, which made a big difference in my professional growth. I’ve also been fortunate to work alongside some of the best co-workers, a team that is collaborative, positive, and always willing to help each other. The supportive environment and strong teamwork made the experience both rewarding and motivating.
The challengesI have not experienced any significant challenges during my time here. Overall, the systems and support in place have worked well for me.

Great so far. There are some fantastic colleagues who are friendly, helpful and believe in teamwork.
The good thingsManager is amazing. He listens to what you have to say, gives great advice /feedback. And is funny and really good at his role.
The challengesEven though we get the award rate its a pay decrease to what a lot may be be used to. It would be amazing if this could ever happen for Hotel services as they get way less than carers or PCW's. Said with love ❤️ we all work hard.

My experience has been exciting and rewarding.
The good thingsI have been with Infinite Care for 4 years and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I started as a cleaner and, through the opportunities, support, and encouragement provided by the company, I have worked my way up to my current role as Lifestyle Coordinator. Infinite Care truly values internal growth and recognises hard work and dedication. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and invested in staff development. There are real opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long-term career, which is something I’m very grateful for. The workplace culture is positive and team-oriented, and the focus on resident wellbeing and quality care is always a priority. I’m proud to work for a company that believes in its staff and provides genuine pathways for career progression. I would highly recommend Infinite Care to anyone looking for a supportive and fulfilling career in aged care.
The challengesAs the company continues to grow, there can be periods of change and adjustment, however these changes often bring new opportunities and improvements.

Genuine support and opportunity for growth and development lead from the top
The good thingsIn my time at Infinite, I have found the culture and whole team to be amazing. There is a true sense of belonging, and ideas or concerns are listened to. There are great opportunities for growth and development for those who want to grow.
The challengesThere is still a sense of small company vibes, where the company needs to really change the mindset to a large corporate operation. Can sometimes be hard to know what's happening with company as updates are not always cascaded down.

Infinite Care AdminThank you for your review. We’re so glad you feel a true sense of belonging, and value the growth opportunities here. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our transition from a 'small company' mindset to a larger operation. I have always felt a deep sense of connection to the facility (staff, residents, families, volunteers) and my commitment to caregiving.
The good thingsI previously worked at Infinite Care-Caravonica Waters, and I decided to return, having rejoined in August last year. I am actually a Diversional therapist/Lifestyle Coordinator with experience working in two Aged Care facilities in Brisbane and Melbourne. However, I always felt a special connection to Caravonica Waters. The staff are incredibly supportive, and I built strong relationships with the colleagues I work with. The environment is surrounded with respectful people - residents, their families and volunteers, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Now almost a year into my return as a Personal Care worker, I am still looking forward to a long term commitment here.
The challengesThere have been no challenges noted, as employees attend mandatory staff meeting each month to receive updates and discuss any issues or resolutions.
    1 person found this helpful
Infinite Care AdminWelcome back! We are so touched by your story and thrilled that you chose to return to Caravonica Waters. Hearing that you felt such a deep connection to our residents and team even after working in other cities is the highest compliment we could receive. We look forward to many more years of your dedicated care.

The good thingsthe company is growing fast and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop, in my journey so far I have learned so much and grown in many areas in my career the work environment is amazing with a very supportive team and a great manager backing me up.
The challengesTaking charge of a new project (SA Migration) for the first time in my career was not so much a negative challenge but a development challenge where I learned how to execute the orders I was given and provide the right direction to my peers to achieve the goal set for us.

Great place to work in aged care. There’s better days than others and staff really do try their best. There’s a lot of love given to the residents and are really treated like family. Unfortunately, some days can be difficult due to the management. However, I love my job at Infin8 care and would recommend working for Infin8 if you have a soft spot for the elderly. Just got to enjoy their company and be able to handle a stressful environment.
The good thingsThe residents and staff are very friendly and really care about each other, residents and family members. Lots of love given to residents
The challengesThe workload sometimes can be tough due to short staff, staff to patient ratio tasks, management, and high expectations.
