Genuine support and opportunity for growth and development lead from the top
The good thingsIn my time at Infinite, I have found the culture and whole team to be amazing. There is a true sense of belonging, and ideas or concerns are listened to.
There are great opportunities for growth and development for those who want to grow.
The challengesThere is still a sense of small company vibes, where the company needs to really change the mindset to a large corporate operation.
Can sometimes be hard to know what's happening with company as updates are not always cascaded down.

The good thingsSupportive, friendly, flexible and committed to career progression. I have worked in 3 roles due to promotion and have also been supported well when I needed to temporarily reduce my hours due to personal reasons. I cannot be more positive with how great the team are to work with. Management are committed to Infinite's values and ensures they're adhered to. Resident wellbeing and choice is also a priority which is very important to me.
The challengesMy role offers some fantastic challenges which I absolutely love as I stay interested and motivated. There's flexibility too to be involved in special interest projects.

The good thingsInfinite provide a friendly and supportive culture where dedication is valued and progression is encouraged. Flexible work arrangements are also supported which is important for work life balance and general wellbeing. I have been supported to develop within my team over the years and am grateful for this.
The challengesAs we are a growing business, there is constant innovation and change. This could be staged and spaced better to prevent overwhelm and feelings of mental burn out.

The good thingsthe company is growing fast and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop, in my journey so far I have learned so much and grown in many areas in my career the work environment is amazing with a very supportive team and a great manager backing me up.
The challengesTaking charge of a new project (SA Migration) for the first time in my career was not so much a negative challenge but a development challenge where I learned how to execute the orders I was given and provide the right direction to my peers to achieve the goal set for us.

The good thingsGreat team culture, innovative, supportive, never a dull moment. An organisation that truly cares about its people. I expected to be with the organisation for a 2 year horizon. I have no intention of leaving anytime soon and hope to be able to continue contributing to the great work this organisation does for some time to come.
