    The good thingsExcellent team with a high trust culture. Quality assets. Rewarded not only for hard work and delivering results, but for sharing your perspective and collaborating well with others to achieve outcomes. Fantastic learning, development, and growth opportunities available.
    The challengesSystems and processes are in a constant state of improvement with each iteration never quite hitting the mark. There is a high level of focus, determination and commitment to get there though.

    Great organisation to work for however did require improvement in some key areas.
    The good thingsThe systems they had in place were great to use. Most line managers encouraged work life balance (practiced and delivered what they preach). Most of the team were extremely hardworking and professional in their role.
    The challengesLacked career development due to recruitment process and management style (some entry level roles which could have performed certain functions were instead delegated to management stifling career progression within or outside of the organisation).
