    Great school to work at.
    The good thingsGreat culture and atmosphere. The staff and students are wonderful to work with and very supportive and positive attitudes displayed throughout.
    The challengesThere can be very minimal opportunity for career development depending on your role within the org chart. This is also indicative by the fact that most staff have been working in the same role/responsibility for very long periods (sometimes decades). This is not necessarily a negative, but for some it can be.
