Iona Presentation College is a Catholic school with traditions based on the Presentation Sisters, founded by Nano Nagle.We offer co-education from Pre-kindergarten to Year 6 in our Junior School, and girls only from Years 7 to 12 in our Senior School.Our values focus on heritage and tradition, excellence, community, social justice and compassion, courage and integrity, and love of learning. Great school to work at.
The good thingsGreat culture and atmosphere. The staff and students are wonderful to work with and very supportive and positive attitudes displayed throughout.
The challengesThere can be very minimal opportunity for career development depending on your role within the org chart. This is also indicative by the fact that most staff have been working in the same role/responsibility for very long periods (sometimes decades).
This is not necessarily a negative, but for some it can be.
