    The good thingsBest part of my employment in this business is the people I get to work with on a daily basis. Everyone is like minded towards providing exceptional service/outcomes to our clients. We regularly celebrate each others wins, and band together to overcome someone's challenges. With the property managers now located within our sales offices, its great to get that quick tip from a PM while talking to a client about a situation they need help with.
    The challengesAs a big organisation, there is allot of compliance process to ensure everyone is doing the right thing in accordance with the businesses ethical standards as well as legal requirements. Whilst this is a challenge, the business acknowledges it's the case and provides lots of support stuff to ensure we are on the task of talking to sellers, talking to buyers.

    The good thingsI have been fortunate enough to work with Jellis Craig Ballarat for the past 6 years. From the support I receive internally through to our corporate team is incredible. Hard work never goes unnoticed while their priority is always their staffs wellness. I have a second family with JC!
    The challengesAs in any workplace there will be challenges to overcome although working at JC comes with unconditional support, mentoring and encouragement.
