Great company, wish I didn't have to leave due to my partners relocation.
The good thingsSupporting young people into employment was the most rewarding part of the role. Great working conditions including additional superannuation plus a Health and Wellbeing Day 10 times a year, that was like 2 extra weeks leave every year.
The challengesThis isn't a job for everyone, you need to be up for a challenge and stay 100% focused on the people you are supporting. Due to this there can be some staff turnover as people come into the role just wanting to help and don't fully understand the nature of the role.
