    I enjoy working at Kao as it's ethics align with my personal morals.
    The good thingsWorking at this company has my back. I come into work everyday knowing that even if I have a lot on my plate, I'm not alone. Management is really understanding and upfront about their expectations. If you are a dedicated worker you will be appreciated. So much room & possibility for career growth.
    The challengesAt times you will need to fish for information & be thrown into some tasks. That being said if you're struggling, there is no shame in asking for assistance or help, anyone is willing to assist.

    Overall great work experience with like-minded individuals.
    The good thingsGreat working environment with great team work. A lot of involvement with staff members in and out of the office. Global communication and engagement with the business from across the globe. Many incentives available. Many opportunities to grow and move within divisions of the business.
    The challengesSome processes are not entirely sound in some departments. There can be office politics/drama at times (as you find in many office environments), however they are working on controlling this within the teams.
