I would rather be unemployed than work at Keypath Education.
The good thingsYour supportive and friendly peers. Some relationships with your students are rewarding and impactful.
The challengesClunky processes and spreadsheets. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No new vision to improve things. No discussion or inclusion in conversation to improve things. Middle management are not qualified. The core values of the business are not reflected in the day to day work. KPIs did not align in your actual success with the role ie. Enrolment numbers. Bullying is rife.

    Frustrating.
The good thingsFlexibility in "work from anywhere" ethos.
The challengesManagement lack leadership skills and seem to be making it up as they go. Little support and negligible opportunity for career development. Upward feed back is encouraged and ignored.

Its a job not a career
The good thingsThe people are friendly. Mangement just want sales and results, by pretending they care for you.
The challengesexpectation on KPIs and sell sell sell the education. Its not about the students it all targets and unrealistic targets. I dont like talking students into a course that is very expensive and they may not be ready for. Its job and it pays the bills but not a long term career. High turn over in staff, so it says something about the type of job it is.

Working as a part of this team feels like a family, everyone is here to support each other, and nothing makes everyone happier than seeing others do well.
The good thingsI feel privileged to work for such a supportive, inclusive, and diverse company. I have felt welcomed and encouraged since the day I started and I am motivated and excited by the strong focus this company has on career progression.
The challengesI am yet to find any negative challenges in working for this company

A second to none working experience! 5/5
The good thingsI have worked with Keypath for a number of years, the culture as others have stated is second to none. Outside of this I have found the work to be fulfilling and rewarding, If you're willing to put your hand up for more opportunities and responsibilities the possibility for progression is there whether that is moving upwards or laterally between departments. I have developed new skills and improved on my existing ones, not to mention made friendships that will last a lifetime. I have never had such a positive relationship with my superiors and felt that they are open, responsive and actually seek your feedback.
The challengesBe prepared to work hard and manage your own time and workload effectively! The support is there from your peers and managers, ask for help and you will get it.

The best company I have ever worked for
The good thingsI have had the pleasure of working at Keypath Education for the past 14 months and I can’t be thankful enough for this opportunity! Keypath is the most diverse, inclusive and supportive company I have ever come across – I have always felt supported and respected and I was given a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in my role. I have met so many amazing people here and I always felt that I was part of the rapidly growing Keypath family. Joining Keypath has been one of the best decisions in my professional career and I am still sad to leave the business and move back to my home country. I can’t really express how much I will miss this company and all the amazing Keypathers!
The challengesThe business is growing quite fast and there are a lot of exciting projects to work on. Prioritising these projects and tasks can be a challenge, but I always felt supported by my colleagues, leaders and our CEO which makes your life so much easier.

    Nice colleagues very high turnover
The good thingsFellow colleagues are nice, lots of new people joining all the time so easy to meet people.
The challengesStaff don't stay long so it gets tiring seeing people come and go often. It feels a bit wrong talking people into studying courses when they may not really be suitable to dont wan to continue. Seems most students never finish the courses but end up with large loans. The reviews here are very odd. For 10 months from January to October there were a total of 13 reviews. In November alone there were 16 reviews with all but one being 4 or 5 stars. These reviews follow a common pattern stating Keypath is great with the only challenge being a "fast paced environment and KPIs".

    Great culture and exciting work!
The good thingsAmazing culture - inclusive, supportive and progressive. Exciting and interesting project work in a high growth industry Great support from management
The challengesBalancing various priorities can be a challenge and the work environment is fast paced. However the project teams and management have been very supportive so that certainly helps.

Fun, collaborative culture with a lot of opportunity to develop
The good thingsWorkplace culture and flexibility. Hard work is recognised and there are a lot of opportunities to progress/upskill. Management and team members encourage and create a friendly, supportive environment even in isolation and working from home.
The challengesKPIs and managing multiple deadlines can be challenging but serve as motivation for the right type of person.

A good place to work for people who are pressure resilence.
The good thingsgreat team. friendly and supportive. Stable job good income. You don't need to have high degrees to get in but need good communication skills and computer literacy.
The challengesWork has high expectations. The workload is quite high. If you are comfortable working with targets then this is for you. But if you are afraid to be put on performance review when not doing well then this is not a great option. It is very competitive!!!

    Inclusive, supportive and educational!
The good thingsThe inclusive community this company strives on building is second to none. With various events and discussions held weekly, you do have a sense of culture and growth. The support I have been shown from all aspects of management and leaders are one that allows me as an individual to grow within my current role and achieve my targets, whether it be on a personal or professional level. This then reflects on the work ethic and the rapport I build with our students!
The challengesTargets are always a challenging aspect of the role however, this isn't a reflection of the company but more so one that all employees will always strive to improve.

A fantastic working experience, I would do it all again given the chance.
The good thingsMy first real experience moving into a 9-5 role, found it to be surprisingly supportive, inclusive and educational. I have never been part of a team that is not only very successful in the role we perform but also strive to encourage education around current affairs, cultures and inclusivity. While working here I experienced celebrations for NAIDOC week, Midsommar, Diwali, Ramadan and the list goes on. I feel I have gained valuable experience as well as life long friends. The culture within and between the teams is fantastic, the opportunity for commissions based on your hard work is a great incentive. Through hard work opportunity for development is there and I was able to progress to a senior within my time here, Were I staying in the country I would certainly love to progress further with Keypath. I even smashed the CEO at mini-golf during the Christmas party and he took it like a Champ. 5 Stars.
The challengesStresses around deadlines and KPI's - However nothing out of the ordinary compared to other roles.

Best working experience of my life at Keypath.
The good thingsToo many positives to list here, but overall I have had the best working experience of my life at Keypath. I have been here for over 3 years and had so many opportunities to grow and learn. The culture is second to none. We are growing at an unbelievable pace, so sometimes there are workload issues but these have mostly been addressed this year which is exciting. The focus on diversity, people first, and the care for our health and happiness has been outstanding, especially this year.
The challengesWe are growing fast so that comes with its own challenges. We are a growth mindset organisation so you will need to have a positive growth mindset if you want to succeed here.

The good thingsKeypath Education are set in working with people to achieve their best. I have daily chats with my Manager, and catch up with the team twice a day as well. Working from home has been a challenge, but knowing that I have a supportive team around me has been great.
    The challengesNothing to report here.

Forgettable uninspiring experience. Can't wait until I move onto new experiences.
The good thingsGreat team culture and can't fault the support from subordinate or middle staff.
The challengesLacklustre induction training and primarily sales orientated, not really training about the actual students' success. The role itself is all about getting the student enrolled in the course and nothing about supporting the student and guiding their success in my opinion. Not entirely sure what my Success Manager actually does day to day?

Keypath is as much a community as it is an employer!
The good thingsKeypath Education Australia have provided me with an encouraging and challenging career path with plenty of support and flexibility. The people are the best I have ever worked with and you get the sense that everyone is comfortable bringing their full selves to work. Keypath's commitment to equal opportunity and bespoke work arrangements for those with unique needs has really impressed me.
The challengesThis is a fast-moving workplace in an even faster-moving industry. Plenty of internal movement which lends itself to shifting of workloads from time to time. While this is a challenge at times, it also provides ample opportunity.

The challengesIt can be fast paced, but I like the challenge and opportunity to improve project management skills.
