    The management team was a textbook example of how to do it right.
    The good thingsThe management team was amazing. They always made sure that they knew how everyone was doing. The company was run very well, with people knowing what they needed to do, how it needed to be done, and everyone was happy to get involved.
    The challengesI was working full time in a casual position for a short period of time, which meant I had to learn a lot in a short period of time, but then didn't get to use it very much.
